At Awandukan, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product should:

Be unused and in its original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all accessories, tags, manuals, and included items

Have valid order details or proof of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number

Clear photos or video of the product

A short explanation of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used products

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Opened personal-care, hygiene, beauty, or similar products

Products damaged due to improper handling or normal wear and tear

5. Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be considered only if the product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

In such cases, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

For approved refunds:

The refund will be processed through an available payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you to arrange the refund

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method

7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Awandukan, we will assist with the return process.

For customer-requested returns, such as a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may usually be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the standard return process will apply after delivery.
